Strict Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bee Beauty Essentials. Please review our return policy to understand our procedures and terms:

All Sales Final

  • All purchases of beauty products, gourmet items, bags, clothes and apparel, and food or snacks from the Philippines are considered final once delivered by Australia Post (AuPost). We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours) at essentialsbeebeauty@gmail.com.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange due to defect or damage, you must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue.

Cancellation of Orders

  1. We cannot cancel an order due to a change of mind.
  2. If you wish to cancel your order for a valid reason and notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, we may approve the cancellation and offer a refund. However, the following charges will apply before issuing the refund:
    • 2a. Merchant fees: Afterpay - 7% of total order value; Credit/debit card - 4% of total order value. These fees are non-refundable by the merchant once you checkout, hence they will be deducted from your refund.
    • 2b. Administration/packaging fee: An additional charge up to $17 will apply if your order has already been fully packed, regardless of the order value.
  3. No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.

Conditions for Refund Requests

  • Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned.
  • Returned items must have tags/seals intact and be in their original packaging.
  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping any item you wish to return.
  • Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, perishable food items, custom products (such as special orders like bags and clothes), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Return Process

  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization and approval from us will not be accepted and refunded.
  • You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To start a return, contact us at essentialsbeebeauty@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
